Cancellation Policy
By booking a session or purchasing a service, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Appointments & Cancellations Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. If you are late, your session may be shortened. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session start time may be charged in full. 2. Refund Policy Payments for individual sessions are non-refundable once the session has taken place. If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, you may request a refund or reschedule. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions or late cancellations (less than 24 hours). For programs or packages, partial refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of the practitioner. 3. Payment Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Payment methods accepted: credit/debit card, PayPal and Afterpay. 4. Results & Responsibility Your commitment and participation are key to achieving the best results. While I will support you with proven methods and tools, results may vary depending on individual circumstances and engagement with the process. 5. Confidentiality All sessions are confidential. Your personal information will be kept secure and not shared without your consent, except where required by law. 6. Scope of Practice The services offered (Rapid Transformational Therapy/ Hypno-Coaching) are complementary to, not a substitute for, medical or psychological care. If you are under medical or psychiatric supervision, please consult your healthcare provider before booking.
